Shipping

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground. For post office box deliveries, shipment is via United States Postal Service. Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days.  

Products can be shipped to locations within the continental United States. Shipments are not enabled to international locations nor to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands.

Returns

We base our business on the quality of our products. If you need to return an item, please send email to sales@FrostProtek.com for return authorization and instructions.

Shipping charges are refundable if you were sent the wrong item, the item is defective, or the item was damaged during shipping. Otherwise, the customer pays shipping costs when returning an item.
