Frost Protek™ logos are subject to the terms and conditions below, as a professional courtesy to press agencies and the media, as well as Frost Protek™ distributors, retailers and authorized representatives of Frost Protek™. By downloading or using these logos, your are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions:

• Frost Protek™ logos are registered trademarks and intellectual property of Hill Street Home, Inc., all rights reserved.
• The Frost Protek™ logos provided on this site are the only approved versions that should be used. No changes should be made to the logo other than resizing. No changes should be made to the color, proportion, or design of the logo, or removal of any words, artwork, or trademark symbols. Also, Frost Protek™ logos may not be animated, morphed, or otherwise distorted in perspective or appearance. If you need a logo in a format not provided on the following pages, please e-mail Customer Serivce.
• The Frost Protek™ logo must stand alone and may not be combined with any other object. This includes, but is not limited to, other logos, words, graphics, photos, slogans, numbers, design features, or symbols.
• Any use of Frost Protek™ logos outside of these guidelines is strictly prohibited. In particular, any use that may suggest a relationship with, or an endorsement by, Frost Protek™ without its expressed consent.
• Hill Street Home, Inc. shall have the right to review and approve any use prior to publication, and on reasonable notice to inspect samples of the use of the Frost Protek™ logos to ensure compliance with these terms. You acknowledge and agree that no title to the Frost Protek™ logos is transferred by this license and that all goodwill generated in the Frost Protek™ logos through your use will inure to the benefit of Frost Protek™.
• Web links bearing the Frost Protek™ logo may only be used for the purpose of linking to the official Frost Protek™ website, www.frostprotek.com, as designated within the link. The Frost Protek™ logo or link bearing the logo may not appear more prominently than your personal, company, product or service website name.
